Life can be full of stress, making every day feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Ongoing stress can trap you in an unhealthy cycle of wake up... survive... sleep.... repeat. A lot of movement with little to no progress.

Moments from your past and worries about the future occupy your mind more than they should.

As believers, we've become masters at looking like we've got it all together while silently struggling with daily stress.
The ironic twist is that maintaining the appearance of being 'okay' only intensifies your stress levels.

Here's the truth... Emotions buried alive, never die. Unresolved stress impacts you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

You'll understand how everything you do is in an attempt to satisfy and protect the FOUR God-given heart desires as revealed in Genesis Chapter 2. These Root Heart Desires drive your beliefs, emotions, and behavior, influencing every aspect of your life.
A series of proprietary techniques for renewing your mind (Rom. 12:2) and taking every thought captive (2 Cor. 10:5) leading to belief modification, habit change, stress relief, and increased personal performance.
